THE RV COACHING COLLEGIATE ID CAMP JANUARY 7TH-JANUARY 9TH-

Schools attending event-

Weekend Layout-
Friday 7th January- Player Check In/Welcome meeting.

6:00pm-6:30pm- Players arrive at the hotel and collect a welcome packet. If booked in the same hotel can check in to rooms or mingle with other players.
7:00pm-7:30pm- Introduction to The RV Coaching Network review of weekend plans, where to report and when.
7:30pm-8:30pm- College coaches have a 10 minute segment each to talk about their college and what it offers. Last 10 minutes for question and answer.
8:30pm- All players dismissed.

Saturday 8th January- Training Session.

8:30am- Players report to the field and get set to start.
9:00am- Players start in a big group warm up led by RV staff.
9:15am- Players are split into 5 groups (5 colleges attending) the spend 30 minutes with each college coach before rotating onto the next coach. This will last 2 hours 30 minutes. Additional 6 groups of GK’s lead by RV GK staff.
11:45am- Players are taken through a 15 to 30 minute cool down lead by RV staff.
12:00pm- Players are dismissed from the morning session.

Saturday 8th January- Small Sided Games.

4:30pm- Players report to the field to get ready for the afternoon session.
5:00pm- Players go through a 30 minute warm up session led by RV staff.
5:30pm- Players split into teams of 8,9 or 10 to play 7v7 in a quarter of an 11v11 field. There will be 11 to 12 teams who will play in different games against different opposition. 3-4 teams resting at a time.
7:30pm- Players come together and do a group cool down led by RV Staff.
8:00pm- Players are dismissed from the evening session

Sunday 9th January- 11v11 Games.

8:30am- Players report to the field to get ready for the afternoon session.
9:00am- Players go through a 30 minute warm up session led by RV staff.
9:30am- Players split into 15/16/17s 6 teams playing on 2 fields. 2 teams playing one team off per field. 3x35 minute games with 10 minute break in between.
11:45am- Players come together and do a group cool down led by RV Staff.
12:00pm- Players are dismissed for the weekend.
